These are multiple page picture tours with automatic advance.  A good fit for walkthrough type tours of homes, gardens, bed and breakfast, entertainment centers, malls and others.  Each page can contain links, sounds or any web active element. If the web active element is controlled by the visitor, then the self-paced tours below are a better fit.

Mount Rainier

These self-paced virtual tours do NOT automatically advance. This allows the visitor to complete any activity on the page before they advance.  One example is  user controlled 360 degree vista pictures which allow the user to move the view in a 360 degree circle using the mouse.  These are a good choice for homes, gardens, bed and breakfast, entertainment centers and others.  Malls and stores with multiple departments could use a mixture of tours embedded in tours to allow people to further explore a department/store or skip it to the next one.
